“I haven’t felt this well in years”

This man had undergone chemotherapy for multiple myeloma a year ago. He had responded to the treatment and was in remission when he came to see me.

But he was not well. “ The oncologist said go out and live life now… but I can’t”

I choose a miasmatic remedy based on a family history of alcoholism and cancer. He was also prescribed a remedy specifically for his cough and lung symptoms.

Two weeks after starting treatment he reported an improvement in his ability to breathe. His cough was present still but less.

I asked him to repeat his remedy over 3 more days.

A fortnight later we talked again. His cough was gone, his chest felt lighter, he was back outdoors being active.

“I would love to go walking on Rakiura with my wife in the spring. I can see it could happen now”
